What a feedback board with your own domain and no vendor branding costs
Prices read on each vendor's own pricing page on 16 October 2026. Prices and plans change: follow the links for today's numbers.
Most feedback tools show a low starting price. The plan that lets you put the board on feedback.yourapp.com and hide the "Powered by" link is often two or three tiers higher. This page lists that plan for each tool, for teams that want the board to look like part of their own product.
Cheapest plan with both, unlimited voters
All five tools below have unlimited end users (voters) on these plans, so the price doesn't rise as your board gets used.
| Tool | Cheapest plan with custom domain + no branding | What else that plan sets | Link |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upvoty | $15/month, billed monthly (Power) | 1 project, unlimited boards; "No Upvoty branding" and custom domain are listed on Power | Source: upvoty.com/pricing |
| Sleekplan | $38/month, billed yearly (Business) | 10 team seats; custom domain and branding removal start on Business (Starter at $13 has neither) | Source: sleekplan.com/pricing |
| UserJot | $59/month (Professional) | Custom domain starts on Starter ($29), but removing "Powered by UserJot" needs Professional | Source: userjot.com/pricing |
| FeedBear | $99/month, billed monthly ($82 billed yearly) (Business) | Custom domain starts on Startup ($49); "Remove FeedBear branding" is on Business | Source: feedbear.com/pricing |
| Frill | $149/month (Growth) | White Labeling (hiding the "Powered by" tagline) is included on Growth; it is also sold as an add-on, but the page doesn't show the add-on price, so check which lower plan plus add-on you'd need | Source: frill.co/pricing |
Canny isn't in the table because its paid plans are priced by tracked users (everyone who posts, votes or comments), so the price depends on how busy your board is. See what a tracked user costs on Canny.
What to check besides the price
- Projects vs. boards. Upvoty's $15 plan covers one project; unlimited projects start on its $49 plan. If you run two products, that's the number to compare.
- Admins. FeedBear's Startup plan has 3 team members and Business 10; Sleekplan's Business has 10 seats; UserJot's paid plans have unlimited team members; Frill's paid plans have unlimited admins.
- Voter sign-in. If you want votes tied to your app's accounts, look for SSO or "automatic login": Upvoty lists Custom SSO from Power, Sleekplan from Starter, UserJot's automatic login from Starter and SSO on Professional, FeedBear's SSO on Business.
- Monthly vs. yearly. Sleekplan's prices on its page are billed yearly. A yearly bill locks you in if you later move tools.
- Migration. UserJot says on its pricing page that it imports from Canny; Frill lists a Canny import and CSV import/export in its feature table.
How to set up the custom domain
On every tool above, a custom domain works the same way: you add a CNAME record (for example feedback → the address the tool gives you) at your DNS provider, then enter the domain in the tool's settings. Use a subdomain such as feedback.yourapp.com rather than your main domain, so the board can move to another tool later without touching your site.
Disclosure: we're building a flat-price feedback board ourselves, planned at $19/month with custom domain and no branding included on the one plan. It is not built yet (waitlist), so it isn't in the table. This page lists the tools that exist today, with sources, so you can compare.
