Flat Feedback Board ("we") is operated by Silvan Jost, Fräschels, Switzerland. Contact: silvan.jost01@gmail.com.

What we collect on the waitlist: your email address, and optionally your product's website and which feedback tool you use today. With each sign-up we store where the visit came from: the referring website's name or a campaign tag in the link (e.g. ?ref=…).

Page views: we keep cookieless, aggregate page-view counts: date, page, and the referring site or campaign tag. We don't log IP addresses or build visitor profiles, and we don't use cookies or third-party trackers. The campaign tag is held in your browser tab's session storage until you close the tab, so a sign-up on a later page can be counted for the right link.

Why: only to send you one email when it opens (nothing else), to see which feedback tools sign-ups use today, and to learn which links bring visitors. We don't sell or share your data.

Where it is stored: Cloudflare (D1 database, Western Europe region). Cloudflare acts as our processor.

How long: until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it. Email silvan.jost01@gmail.com to see or delete your data.

Your rights: under the Swiss FADP (and the GDPR, if you're in the EU/EEA), you can request access, correction or deletion.
